At Truckroadio, we operate under a Privacy-First mandate. Our framework ensures community safety without compromising the integrity of our broadcast network.
1. Data Minimization Strategy
We adhere to the strict guidelines of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act.
Our infrastructure is engineered to prevent the passive collection of personal identifiers. We do not track your movement across the web or build advertising profiles.
- •No browser-based fingerprinting or tracking pixels.
- •Logs are anonymized at the edge node level within 24 hours.
- •Zero third-party data brokerage or selling.
2. Lawful Processing Framework
Operational Sync
Processing localized metadata to select the nearest streaming node for 0ms latency.
Identity Verification
Discord OAuth2 tokens are processed temporarily for session integrity and role-based access.
Application Data
Staff/DJ applications are stored securely and encrypted until the recruitment cycle ends.
Secure Integration
When you authenticate via Discord, we receive a unique token. This allows us to verify your identity without ever seeing your password or sensitive account details.
METADATA ONLY: NO DATA RETENTION POST-SESSIONS.
4. Sovereignty & Rights
You maintain full sovereignty over your digital presence. Under GDPR, your rights include:

Child Safety Policy
Truckroadio is not directed at children under 13 and/or 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it is purged instantly from all distributed nodes.
